Compulsory health insurance is a social project based on the principles of solidarity. The goal of this project is to improve the financing of health care, as well as to provide universal and sustainable health insurance, which will guarantee the provision of reliable, high-quality, efficient medical services to the population.

The pilot project is implemented in Saderak district.

Base (main services) envelope is a set of medical services provided within the framework of compulsory health insurance.

The basic (basic services) envelope of compulsory medical insurance includes the following medical services:

• Urgent and urgent medical assistance;
• Primary health care (family doctor) service;
• Examination and treatment in ambulatory conditions;
• Inpatient treatment;
• Functional-diagnostic examinations (USM, CT, MRI, etc.);
• Physiotherapy services;
• Laboratory examinations;
• Pregnancy and childbirth service;

• Urgent vaccinations (rabies, tetanus, snake venom, etc.);
• Planned vaccination of children based on the vaccination calendar;
• Surgical operations (including high-cost vital open and closed cardiovascular operations, cochlear implantations, etc.);

Officially registered persons in the pilot areas - Sadarak district can currently use the basic (basic services) envelope of compulsory medical insurance free of charge. The collection of compulsory medical insurance fees will be started after the appropriate changes to the legislation.
